The “Missoula Lutheran Dream Team” invites you to participate in Advent Activities across our Lutheran Community (and beyond).

Dream Team Bible Study What Child is This

Advent is the season of anticipation for Jesus, the Incarnation of God With Us. Thousands of years later, we know the story well enough to skim it but we should take some time to ask, “What child is this?” Join us for an Advent bible study asking just that question.

This study is focused on the first title or description of Jesus from each of the gospels.
Advent 1 – Messiah, the Son of David, the Son of Abraham (Matthew 1:1)
Advent 2 – The Beloved (Mark 1:1)
Advent 3 – Son of the Most High (Luke 1:32)
Advent 4 – The Word (John 1:1)

For each day of Advent we invite you to take a photo inspired by the word of the day.  Share this photo on our Advent Facebook Group with the words that inspired them.

Join our Facebook group (this is the group we have used for Advent and Lent Devotions over the past few years so you may already be a member! All Are Welcome). Thank you to  Sanctified Art @sanctifiedart
