Ephesians 3:20 Walk/ Run- monthly

Join the Ephesians 3:20 Walk/Run Group as we enter a healthy 2021. This group has been formed across the country to promote healthy living and exercise. (Led by Weight Loss God’s Way Ambassadors Nancy Marks, Michele Malenky, and Amy Hughes

Join us each month for a fun walk/run.   In Missoula we are varying our location to experience some different places to walk or run in our community.  


  • Missoula MT: 10 am MST Walk/Run On Site – 1 mile,2 mile, 5K location varies depending on the month- see link below for details
  • Columbus OH:  8 am EST Walk/Run On Site- 1 mile, 5K, 10K at
  • Virtual- walk or run from wherever you are!  – 1 mile, 5K, 10K

Men’s Bible Study 

Tuesdays at 12 noon at Immanuel

The Men’s Bible Study will be meeting inside at Immanuel on Tuesdays following social distancing guidelines. Their study is based around the lectionary for the upcoming Sunday. If you would like to be included, please contact Greg Karlsgodt  at   for more information.
